We added some new features and fixed minor bugs reported in previous versions of the software.

1. Control Center:

• Optimization of the Сontrol Сenter operation when sending messages (SMS, Email, Viber)
• Added verification of the GPS tables when starting the Сontrol Сenter (if they do not exist, they will be created automatically)
• Added the code for sending messages via the Viber service - if the message is not delivered via Viber, then a message is sent via SMS (option in the control center on the Viber parameters)
• Added dispatch of certain events to the mobile keyboard (which are designated in the DBA)
